Claudia Willvonseder started her marketing career in the 80s, working as a creative director at the industry leading creative agency Springer & Jacoby, followed by the role of Chief Creative Officer at Saatchi & Saatchi.
In 2006, she was assigned the position of Head of Marketing at IKEA , in her home country Germany, marking her transition to marketing management in a corporate environment. Her move to Scandinavia 6 years later opened up a new chapter as she took on the responsibility of Global Marketing Manager / CMO, whilst being a member of Executive Management within the IKEA Group from 2016-2018.
Her key achievements during this time were the purpose – driven brand positioning strategies for the company’s respective markets, steering the digital and data-driven marketing transformation, as well as successfully building the world's biggest customer club IKEA FAMILY.
Claudia has received international recognition for her work. Amongst her accolades are her membership of honor at the Art Directors Club of Germany which was awarded to her for her Lifetime Achievement. In 2019, she has been nominated by the World Federation of Advertisers for the Global Marketer of the Year.
After 13 successful years at IKEA Claudia Willvonseder decided to shift her life back to Germany and take on a new venture in the realm of Fast Moving Consumer Products.
